Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT Health Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Philips. This remote position will empower you to spearhead the implementation of state-of-the-art monitoring systems throughout our healthcare network, leading to significant improvements in patient care through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of critical systems, such as eICU, PIC iX, Revision 4, MP to MX monitor conversions, and installation of IBE systems.
- Formulate and execute robust implementation strategies and comprehensive project plans for organization-wide deployment.
- Oversee all dimensions of implementation, strategy, and communication for connected monitoring systems and associated software.
- Develop detailed project documentation and written implementation strategies.
- Facilitate coordination among large technical teams and fellow project managers to ensure aligned objectives and milestones.
- Deliver system-level updates to senior leadership, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Profound expertise in technical project management within an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
- Extensive familiarity with the architecture and software of monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated ability to devise and enact enterprise-level deployment strategies for monitoring technology.
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to identify and address potential risks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex project details to diverse audiences.
- A history of guiding project teams to successful outcomes while mentoring junior project managers.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the healthcare sector, specifically with monitoring systems implementation.
